How do you ensure the beer stays fresh during transit?
All our beverages are stored in temperature-controlled warehouses and shipped in insulated, heavy-duty packaging to prevent light exposure and temperature fluctuations, ensuring a brewery-fresh taste upon arrival.
What is your shipping policy and delivery timeline?
We offer standard and express shipping across the country. Orders are typically processed within 24 hours. Standard delivery takes 3-5 business days, while express delivery usually arrives within 1-2 business days.
Do I need to be home to sign for my delivery?
Yes. In compliance with alcohol delivery laws, an adult over the age of 18 (or 21, depending on your region) must be present to provide a valid ID and sign for the package.
What happens if my bottles or cans arrive damaged?
We take great care in packing, but if your order arrives damaged, please take a photo of the package and contact our support team within 48 hours for a full refund or a replacement shipment.
Can I return beer if I change my mind?
